Is a free trial available?

Yes. All plans include a 10-day free trial. You can register with your email address and personal details and explore all the features of your chosen plan during that period. No credit card or payment method is required to start the trial. Go at your own pace, with no rush.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can change plans at any time to suit your agency’s needs.

You can upgrade to a higher plan, downgrade to a lower plan or change your billing frequency from monthly to annual.

You can manage the change directly from your Destinno account by going to Agency settings → Manage subscription.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

The main difference is how often you pay.

Monthly billing: you pay for your subscription month by month, with greater flexibility to change plans or cancel whenever you need to.
Annual billing: you make a single payment for the full year and may benefit from a better price than with monthly billing.

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your Destinno account under Agency settings → Manage subscription.

How many users can I add?

The number of included users depends on your plan:

Basic: up to 5 users included.
Business: up to 10 users included.
Pro: up to 15 users included.

You can add users at no extra cost until you reach the user limit included in your plan.

If you need more users, you can continue increasing the number of users on your account by paying an additional cost per user.

Is my clients’ data secure?

At Destinno, we place particular importance on the security and privacy of data belonging to agencies and their clients.

The information you enter on the platform is stored and managed using security measures designed to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Destinno also applies the measures required to comply with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data security is a priority for us, and we work continuously to keep the platform protected.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Destinno until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Once that period ends, your access to the platform will be suspended. You can regain access at any time simply by reactivating your subscription and making the corresponding payment.
